Synopsis:

Poster Rating: B / B / C+ (6) / C / C / F

Review: (#1 & #2) These two glimpses at desolate space make for a fascinating view. That the characters seem insignificant to these grand events makes them even more interesting. (#3-#8) There is no immediacy in these designs and apart from the stand-out visual style of the designs, they are too identical to be of much use.

(#9) The concept of getting out of the maze and going into the desert isn’t properly realized in this design, which is a little unfocused. (#10) Admittedly one of the better teaser designs, this second version, with more prominent characters on display, just doesn’t have the compulsion factor. (#11) A bland, lifeless poster design that plays too heavily on the maze motif.

Review: Putting forward the excitement and curiosity factor the original film setup quite well, this trailer should serve to bring all the fans of the film and book franchise back to the theater for a second helping.
