Review: (#1 & #3) These designs aren’t too far off from one another, which makes them as effective as they can be. They might appeal to Lawrence of Arabia fans, but they aren’t as effective as they could be. (#2) This design at least tries for something stylish, but it doesn’t work. We already have the protagonist in the foreground, but putting these images within the outline of the protagonist’s head in addition adds an unnecessarily complicated creativity to the mix.

Trailer Rating: B-

Review: The trailer doesn’t do a very effective job of selling the film beyond completionist cinephiles. That’s a problem when trying to bring new audiences to the theater for your film, which looks like it might be a coming of age film, but might also be a pro-war or anti-war film. That confusing won’t endear it to a potential audience.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
