Last Week’s Results

It was a nail-biter over the weekend as three films were within striking distance of the top spot and the victory came down to less than $1 million. With second and third place separated by just over $100,000. In the end, End of Watch vaulted to the top spot even with a weak $13 million opening besting horror debut House at the End of the Street, which took second, and Trouble with the Curve, which came in third. Re-adaptation Dredd couldn’t turn positive critical reception into box office results landing embarrassingly in sixth place for the weekend.
