With the releases expected, Noah should have little problem capturing the top spot at the box office. Cesar Chavez should have a solid debut targeting Hispanic audiences and Sabotage may be the latest in a long string of failures for the former California Governor.
Individual Commentaries
Wesley Lovell: I’m not all that intrigued by most of the weekend’s slate. I’d probably go with Noah if for no other reason to verify that the film will or will not make religious fundamentalists angry.
Peter J. Patrick: The first week in a long time where all the new releases have broad appeal.
