Black Panther will go down this weekend with Ava DuVernay’s Disney fantasy A Wrinkle in Time topping it. There are no other films that can or will top it with Black Panther probably coming in second.

	Wesley Lovell (WL): There are some amusing bits in the trailer, but I’m not 100% certain the film will be that funny overall. Peter J. Patrick (PP): It’s hard to tell from the trailer, but this well cast action comedy may be a nice diversion. Tripp Burton (TB): This looks like a waste of a great cast. Thomas LaTourette (TL): The trailer is funny, but I have reservations that the movie will be able to keep up that pace of mirth.

	Wesley Lovell (WL): When even your pro-action film friends think it looks awful, it’s likely to be awful. Peter J. Patrick (PP): A disaster flick crossed with a heist flick, this doesn’t look too appealing. Tripp Burton (TB): I have a weakness for heist movies, but this looks like a low entry in the genre. Thomas LaTourette (TL): Wow, this looks bad. There was nothing about the excessively violent and stupid trailer that made me want to see this heist movie.

	Wesley Lovell (WL): I’m a bit interested, but need to watch the original first. Peter J. Patrick (PP): Another trashy looking low rent horror film. No thanks. Tripp Burton (TB): Another horror series that I hadn’t remembered existed getting another entry. Thomas LaTourette (TL): It’s a reasonably effective trailer of a family being attacked at a lonely trailer park, but it is just not my kind of movie.

	Wesley Lovell (WL): Ever since Ava DuVernay was announced as director, I’ve been intrested and the trailers have certainly not disappointed. Peter J. Patrick (PP): Highly publicized film based on a classic novel should be worth catching. Tripp Burton (TB): This looks like a wonderful adaptation of a classic novel. Thomas LaTourette (TL): I have not read the book, but the visuals of the trailer are interesting. Could be good or could be a huge mess.

	Wesley Lovell (WL): With a strong cast and a trailer that suggests a rather amusing time, it has to be worth the effort. Peter J. Patrick (PP): Acclaimed 2017 British film could be a major art-house success. Tripp Burton (TB): Anything Armando Ianucci makes is worth checking out for sure. Thomas LaTourette (TL): The trailer looks fun, but the movie might wear out its welcome by the end.

	Wesley Lovell (WL): If you can figure out from the trailer what’s going on, you might actually be interested, but even then I doubt it. Peter J. Patrick (PP): Umm, no, just no. Tripp Burton (TB): I have no idea what to make of this except it may be one of the more bizarre films of the year. Thomas LaTourette (TL): I have no idea what this movie is about. Friends reuniting and hijinks ensue, might be fun might be hideous, but probably not worth paying to go see.

Tripp Burton (TB): Two wonderful actors could make this worth checking out. Thomas LaTourette (TL): I have a feeling that even Helen Mirren and Donald Sutherland cannot keep this alzheimer’s journey film from getting mired in schmaltz.

	Wesley Lovell (WL): I’m fascinated to see where it goes as it looks like it might be a fascinating, if twisted character story. Peter J. Patrick (PP): Intriguing looking thriller, Anton Yelchin’s last film finally makes it into theatres. Tripp Burton (TB): This could be an interesting twist on a genre, or it could be horrible. I can’t tell. Thomas LaTourette (TL): I am not certain that the film will be good, but the trailer showing the bonding between two young women and the planning on murder is entertaining.
