San Francisco went an unexpected direction with their 2017 winner for Best Picture. The Florida Project has gained some pretty surprising traction, beating out Call Me by Your Name, which would have been my prediction for this group’s winner. The rest of the winners are largely predictable with the exception of Andy Serkis for Best Actor and Margot Robbie for Best Actress.
