Rating: B- Commentary: The first two-thirds of the trailer are quite engaging this second time around. It looks like a more traditional, period drama about slavery in the South before the Civil War. But being a Tarantino film, it's little surprise that some later scenes look very much in his style and should satiate any concerned fans that this wouldn't be a traditional Tarantino flick. That aside, the film does look more engaging with this second trailer and its Oscar chances might be a lot better than I had begun to worry they might be. |
