Review: This first design, which I found after the second, is a bit less slick, which doesn’t mute its impact, but it doesn’t have the inventiveness of the gloved hand drizzled in blood. It works, but I can now see why the second design exists.

It’s obviously meant to evoke the hazy memory of Walt Disney, using the Disney-stylized font and glimpses of a bloody hand that can be only that of Mickey Mouse. Its evocation is clear, but focusing on its illicit Disney connections may be ill-advised.

Trailer: A

Review: The black-and-white style of the film is used to great effect in the trailer enhancing the feeling of Fellini-esque visions of debauchery and chaos. Knowing the films history and reception only enhances the must-see elements of the trailer.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
