Rating: D+; C- Commentary: Trailer 1 – There is nothing particularly compelling about this trailer and it just confirms the thoughts in my mind: why was it necessary to make a sequel to a franchise that was not even remotely in need of one?; Trailer 2 – While questioning the necessity of this sequel, I then begin to wonder, why would you need to make it in 3D no less? The second trailer is at least more visually compelling and is effectively scored and designed, but still does not replace how completely pointless it all seems. |
