Wesley Lovell (WL): It’s a case of a trailer making a film look less interesting than the premise sounds on paper. Peter J. Patrick (PP): Georgia’s entry for this year’s Oscars looks like a pretty minor film. Thomas LaTourette (TL): The reviews give some idea that this is worth watching, but the trailer sure doesn’t.

Wesley Lovell (WL): The trailer doesn’t quite work. It makes the film seem less interesting than it probably is. Peter J. Patrick (PP): Finland’s entry for this year’s Oscars doesn’t look like much of anything. Thomas LaTourette (TL): The preview does not excite with its tale of two disparate characters meeting on a long train ride, but the reviews and the fact that it’s Oscar shortlisted makes me think it might be pretty good.

Wesley Lovell (WL): Not a huge fan of shark films and this looks pretty tepid. Peter J. Patrick (PP): A thriller set in shark infested waters after a storm is not my idea of fun. Thomas LaTourette (TL): There are lots of movies about sharks attacking a helpless couple and this looks to be one of the silliest.

Patrick (PP): Dull looking film seems to be about the interruption of a Londoner’s peaceful vacation in Acapulco. Thomas LaTourette (TL): The trailer tries to build some suspense, but it mostly is dull and incomprehensible.

Patrick (PP): Another restaurant film, probably no better or worse than a dozen others. Thomas LaTourette (TL): There have been other films about people trying to start a restaurant, though this seems to add some interest with added family drama.
