On Wednesdays, we preview all of the upcoming new wide and limited releases hitting the theaters the coming weekend. On Fridays, we’ll now tell you what you should see. We pose two questions each week to our contributors and their responses are posted below.

Wesley Lovell

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others?
I have no qualms about recommending Horrible Bosses.
2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)?
There are any number of films coming out this weekend that could be good, but Project Nim is probably your best bet for an Oscar contender this weekend.

Peter J. Patrick

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others?
If I really, really had to see something new it would be Horrible Bosses rather than Zookeeper because the silliness [in Horrible Bosses] seems less annoying than the silliness in the week’s other new release.
2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)?
Project Nim about the chimp raised a human in the 1970s is a film I want to see, although may have to wait for home video to find it.

Wes Huizar

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others?
I wouldn’t recommend either of this week’s wide releases.
2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)?
Project Nim looks like a touching film. It might be worth a look.
