Captain America: Brave New World held the top spot at the box office for the second week in a row. Can it make it three? Against something like The Last Breath, quite possibly.

OTHER RELEASES

We are only looking at films that have had trailers released on Rotten Tomatoes’ trailer YouTube Channels. Below are some other films that are releasing this weekend that we haven’t considered.

Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning- (Wide)
No Address (Limited)
The Performance (Limited)
Rats! (Limited)
Superboys of Malegaon (Limited)
Unholy Song (Limited)
Uppercut (Limited)

WIDE RELEASES

LAST BREATH

Last Breath

Wesley Lovell: It looks like a fairly routine deep sea adventure and I’m not interested.

Peter J. Patrick: Looks interesting but it’s not something I would rush out to see.

Thomas La Tourrette: It does not look like a very interesting movie and recycles a lot of tired tropes from previous ones.

LIMITED RELEASES

THE ACCIDENTAL GETAWAY DRIVER

COLD WALLET

THE GOLDEN VOICE

THE GORGE

MY DEAD FRIEND ZOE

RIFF RAFF

The Limited Slate

Wesley Lovell: Most of these won’t be worth my time but My Dead Friend Zoe looks fun and Riff Raff might be as well.

Peter J. Patrick: The Golden Voice and My Dead Friend Zoe look like little gems while Riff Raff at the other end of the scale seems to be trying too hard to be funny.  The rest are films that might pique your interest if have nothing else to do.

Thomas La Tourrette: The trailers are mostly not terrible, but they sure are not great. The Accidental Getaway Driver and My Dead Friend Zoe look to be the best of the bunch, and the early reviews give them some promise, but not enough to make me go to a theater to see them.
