Review: (#1, C) This drawing might tie in to the film’s animation style but it doesn’t give the viewer much information about the concept other than the implication of glowing green blood of the predator. It needs more to draw in that fanbase.

(#2, B-) While not every space should be filled with something, when the background color is bright enough, it draws attention to the absence. There are a lot of details here that have some merit and it’s a seldom used arrangement but the hand-drawn aesthetic doesn’t juxtapose well with the film’s animation style.

Review: (#1, C+) While it might not have seemed like a natural evolution to put predators into animation, this trailer suggests it might not have been a terribly unappealing prospect. A strong animation style helps the film feel more interesting than the stilted narrative that’s presented.

(#2, B) Getting more into the details of the narrative, this trailer gives the viewer action, intriguing artistic elements, and a storyline that’s a little confusing but still intriguing. Even for people who aren’t fans of the Predator films, this trailer is somewhat compelling.
