Review: (#1-#3, C) The same design except with three different background colors do not make for an appealing combination, especially when the title takes up most of the space. (#4, C+) This looks to take the color scheme of the first design and add in a stylized drawing of Sam Rockwell and employing several small details that are interesting but make little sense without the trailer to support them.
(#5, B-) Taking inspiration from the prior designs but expanding them thoroughly, this effort gives the viewer quite a few things to look at and look for. It feels like a façade of artificiality but it’s at least better than its predecessors.
Trailer Rating: C+ / B

Review: (#1, C+) A confusing trailer with an interesting premise, the attempt to set a post-apocalyptic drama in the present with 12 Monkeys-style time travel doesn’t come off well. There’s little excitement and until the title is chanted near the end of the preview, it doesn’t have any genuinely creative moments.
(#2, B) Less confusing than the first trailer, this effort presents an intriguing premise more competently while underlying things with a bit of droll humor rather than the goofy humor that seemed more likely from the first trailer.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
