Review: (#1, C+) The image manipulation is way off with the human figures while the green effects stand out nicely against the red-orange title and background colors. (#2, C+) The overabundance of red-orange in this design is striking but overwhelming with the figures much more natural-appearing than the previous design. The green is poorly used.

Review: (#2, C+) Striking the correct tone with a zombie-esque concept is difficult to achieve and this trailer doesn’t quite get there. It presents numerous scenes and creatures that would have been more interesting to discover within the film than in this kitchen-sink trailer but ultimately, it looks like a failed effort to approach Zombieland/Shaun of the Dead level humor.
(#1, C+) It’s interesting to look at a set of trailers out of order but in reviewing my list of outstanding previews, I noticed I had this film in my 2025 list when I added it to my 2026 list. I didn’t discover this until after I’d already written everything from the perspective of the second trailer. This first trailer is a lot more violent and ejactulative and that makes it stand out far more than the generic zombie-comedy of the second trailer.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
