Review: (#1, C+) Are they trying to go for a play on Knives Out? Having a bunch of sheep staring downward onto some unknown entity doesn’t give an appropriate sense of perspective even if they do create a feeling of cuteness.
(#2, B-) Apart from the misleading nature of including the film’s murder victim (unless the so-called murder is a fake to tease his sheep), this design features enough cute animals and important figures from the film to keep interested passers-by engaged. (#3, C+) The limited number of characters and the vast empty swaths of poster space only make this feel underwhelming.
(#4, C+) This design makes the murder of the film seem like a missing person’s report rather, which makes this feel like less of a murder mystery and more of an action film, which isn’t exactly the vibe you want to give off.
Trailer Rating: B- / B

Review: (#1, B-) It seems almost fitting that the British have come up with a sheep-based murder mystery film that looks ludicrous and charming at the same time. The mystery doesn’t look as deep as the film’s humor might suggest but there’s just enough here to generate a small amount of buzz.
(#2, B) Almost the entire plot is given away in this second trailer but classic British humor makes a more concerted appearance and gives the film at least a cute patina that could make it popular with young audiences.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
