Review: (#1, C+) Of the boatload of posters available for this film, I’m going to separate out two of them for special mention. This one, which does an interesting split overlay (most of the design around the 8 overlapping with a small bit sticking out is an interesting design choice even if it doesn’t seem to have a purpose. (#2-#8, C) The rest of these designs are rather uninspired, simplistic designs that doesn’t do much to match the energy of the film itself. (#9, A-) The other design I’m pulling out for highlight is this one, which puts the figure 8 into a Möbius strip is a fitting design choice with lots of interesting details that only falters in its empty segments in the yellow background.

Review: (#1, A) There’s hardly a frame in this trailer that doesn’t create an intriguing premise and lay it out both succinctly and with mystery tension that makes it all look riveting from start to finish.

(#2, B+) It is impossible to top the creative lunacy of the first trailer and so the second was bound to be somewhat disappointing but in the end, its inventiveness shone through and still presented an intriguing concept.
