Review: (#1, C) You don’t get much out of this other than Brad Pitt starring with a dog at his side. The title is unnecessarily large and the backdrop might be gorgeous to look at if it were more than barely visible.

Review: (#1, B) It’s not often that you can explore PTSD in animals with such success. Although this conventional wilderness survival story doesn’t have much new going for it, the bond between Brad Pitt and his dog is strong. The trailer does have a problem giving the details away with a pointless explanatory segment that could have worked better in the context of the film itself.
