Review: (#1, C) You would be forgiven in watching this trailer if you didn’t see comparisons to The Bodyguard all over this film. It’s not a common trope but one that feels unnecessarily familiar. That it’s a bit of a gender swap of that film and takes an approach similar to eye-rolling romance novels doesn’t improve its optics.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
