I wish I could give non-cineastes 3 reasons to watch this, but they won’t be reasons they’ll understand.

Plot Summary: Tom Tykwer’s story about a couple whose love affairs apart come crashing back together when they realize they’ve been dating the same man.

Rating: C+
Commentary: It evokes the films themes, but does so a little too simplistically. The art design is nothing particularly exciting and is almost to plain, which does allow the central threesome to flourish. That’s the only good thing. 		Rating: B
Commentary: Tykwer has remained a niche director whose films are only appropriate for the art house crowd and this film looks no different. Speaking from the side of the crowd that would normally be drawn to the directors work, it looks like an fresh new take on the threesome storyline. The design of the trailer is stylish without going overboard, which should appeal to the target demographic.
