On Sundays, we list the weekend’s upcoming films along with previews of trailers and posters. On Wednesdays, we preview all of the upcoming new wide and limited releases hitting the theaters the coming weekend. On Fridays, we’ll now tell you what you should see. We pose two questions each week to our contributors and their responses are posted below.

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others?
Not much of a choice. The Lorax looks modestly entertaining and Project X looks like an utter waste of time. 2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)?
I’d love to recommend two films this week: This Is Not a Film and The Snowtown Murders look to be the most intriguing with The Snowtown Murders barely edging out This Is Not a Film.

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others?
Neither, but I understand The Artist is expanding so if you haven’t seen it because it hasn’t been playing at a theatre near you , now may be your chance 2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)? Being Flynn looks like it might be interesting. Will it be another bomb for Paul Weitz or penance for Little Fockers? The Weitz Brothers have been good more often than they’ve bene bad so it might be worth taking the time to find out which side of Chris’ older brother this one represents.

1. Which of the two new wide releases would you choose to recommend above the others? The Lorax looks less painful. 2. Are there any limited release features this week that you would recommend (and why)? Being Flynn could be a nice little film, but Tim & Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie has the best buzz.
