Many actors have gone on my list of “won’t watch” and Dwayne Johnson is firmly entrenched.

Commentary: “Inspired by real events” doesn’t mean the film is based on real events. You could say “loosely based on real events” or “ripped from the headlines,” but that latter might suggest a quality akin to TV’s Law & Order which this trailer goes out of its way to debunk such comparisons. Dwayne Johnson isn’t a leading man so much as a go-to action actor with limited emotional and acting range. This should be a showcase of his “talents.”
