Another prize for Argo and a great sign for its Oscar chances. A Best Editing Oscar would be a welcome award for Argo, which is looking at very few places it can compete for this year’s Oscars. Silver Linings Playbook also gets a boost and Brave is showing surprising (though not entirely unexpected) strength in the guild precursors, meaning it could be making a play for a Best Animated Feature upset.
