Plot Summary: A police force with a reputation for doing things against the book is forced to sit out a murder case, but corruption and influence peddling force the reassigned cops to pursue the case on their own time.

Commentary: Washing your design in yellow doesn’t make it edgy or exciting, it makes it look like the shallow attempt to do such. 		Rating: B-
Commentary: It looks interesting, but the formulaic potboiler mode of modern crime dramas is boldly evident in the trailer, which makes for a film that doesn’t seem that inventive or exciting.
