Commentary: Shredded VHS tape. Such a compelling use of medium and form. That’s sarcasm. This is just a poorly conceived and forgettable design. 		Rating: B
Commentary: If you’ve seen the original film, this will seem familiar, yet the attempt to make it sound fresh and better is always difficult to swallow. If I hadn’t already heard from those who’ve seen both that it is indeed better, I wouldn’t have believed the hype. Nor will the audience. Existing fans may turn out, but all others are likely to wait until it releases on VHS to rent it.
