Review: (#1) The dull background mitigates the creativity of the rest of the design with the cuckoo nature of the birds dancing around Harley Quinn’s head, which includes herself.

(#2) There’s too much effort going on here to make it seem awesome and to be filled with Easter eggs. It doesn’t work at all. (#3) It’s an inconsequential design that has a lot of vacant space. (#4) While quite colorful, the design is interesting only in its use of symbols within the title itself. (#5) Another unimpressive, simplistic design trying far too hard to be interesting. (#6) The design is much busier than the others, but also feels less excessive and oppressive as the prior efforts. (#7-#13) Inspired by the prior design, the effort is expanded into multiple side-by-side designs that make an interesting melange of images. (#14) As cheap as it is detailed. The effort to blend all of these elements together doesn’t work exceedingly well. (#15) Back to the vacant background and cheap posing, this design symbolizes all that’s wrong with all of the prior designs combined.

(#16) This doesn’t appear to be much of a change/shift from prior designs, which weren’t that great to begin with. The empty background is ultimately unimpressive.

Trailer Rating: C / B-

Review: (#1) The use of music here is poor, the chaotic nature of the trailer doesn’t give the audience much of an opportunity to be pulled into this drama and doesn’t give us enough of the other characters, making this feel like a cheap version of a Harley Quinn story.

(#2) There are elements here that are far more interesting than the prior trailer and make it look like something that might be fun to watch. However, the whole thing feels a bit formulaic and uninteresting in the overall.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
