Review: (#1, B) While there’s some depth and thematic representation here, the effort feels a little cheap with the figures poorly cut from the film and weakly arranged.

Review: (#1, C+) It’s difficult to decide where in history this film is set. The Vaudevillian element to the story would suggest an earlier setting but the clothing and situations seem more modern. It might be set in the ’70s for everything that’s present. Regardless the story has some moments that give the audience reason to want to visit with these folks for a time but those moments are fleeting and the end result just doesn’t generate much excitement.
