Review: Capitalizing on the story of the film, this poster looks like several action films and thus makes it all the more appropriate that the film’s a comedy.

While not evoking the action milieu like the first poster, the second one is still interesting. The colors blend well together and putting the small town skyline between the two leads is a nice touch.

Trailer Rating: B

Review: What an unfortunate title for a film that looks like it could be mildly entertaining in a way that Pink Panther wasn’t. Take Inspector Cluseau and making him the best cop in the world and you have the premise of the film. Seems to take away a lot of the fun, but since Pink wasn’t much fun, why should this film be?

Oscar Prospects:

The horror spoof Shaun of the Dead didn’t capture Oscar attention so this spoof of action filmsisn’t likely to either.
