Review: (#1, B-) If all you have to go on is this poster, you might think the film is a sports biopic about a kayaker. That is entirely misleading and although the visuals of the design have some intriguing elements, including how it flows and balances from one element to the next, it doesn’t excite as it should.

Review: (#1, C+) This fauxpirational drama about a missionary trying to reach one of the last untouched civilizations on the planet, to bring them the word of his god, looks mediocre at best. Trying to extol the virtues of religious proselytization and the courage and fortitude needed to go into an incredibly deadly situation will speak to a very small number of audiences. And while its intent will be galling for many, the trailer is decently well structured to appeal to that narrow demographic.
