Synopsis:

From IMDb: “A man returns to dismantle his family’s house, where they were murdered in war, to rebuild it elsewhere. When the killer, a Red Army commander, tracks him down, a brutal cross-country pursuit begins.”

Review: (#1, C+) A simplistic effort with the man’s name in bold letters and a distinctly smaller title. The colors are bland and unexciting, though the edifice of plane fuselages is a fitting touch. (#2, B-) A more normal title font helps the design stand out with its boldness against the yellow-and-black backdrop. Although there aren’t enough details here, the design work is well arrayed even if not terribly inventive.

(#3, C+) A rudimentary design putting the various images on the barrel of a gun, it gets at the concept of the film and sells fans of the original but lacks the kinds of intriguing details to make it more broadly appealing.

Review: (#1, B-) If all the viewer is looking for is wanton destruction, then they will find it here and considering fans of the original were only interested in that element, giving them more of the same in the sequel is expected and this trailer perfectly presents that even if the storyline is hackneyed.
