Review: (#1, C) Yes, it speaks to the boy’s hat collection but the vacant backdrop and the underwhelming color combos makes for a dull effort. (#2, C) At least the prior effort tried to do something more creative. This one just leans into its tacky faux-inspirational veneer and makes the film look similarly unappealing.

Review: (#1, C) A saccharine-sweet inspirational drama about an autistic boy and the school and parents who can’t quite handle his uniqueness. If it were being tackled by a team that better understood autism or weren’t laying on the schmaltz thick, it might have some merit.
