The top film at the box office this week will be The Amazing Spider-Man. In other news, water is wet.
Individual Commentaries
Wesley Lovell: Having found the reboot The Amazing Spider-Man better than all but the second film of the original trilogy, I’m looking forward to this one. However, I’m going to suspect it will be weaker, not stronger, than its predecessor.
Peter J. Patrick: Finally a 2014 weekend with some promising release titles.
Tripp Burton: It’s a slow week, with one big sequel and a few small indies.
Thomas LaTourrette: A better weekend to look forward to than the last several. While the Spider-Man movie might be fun, Belle looks better, though I was getting tired of its trailer.
