Commentary: Poster was a placeholder at the time this post was written. 		Rating: C+
Commentary: It looks like a blend of Sister Act and Glee and will play well to both audiences. Putting Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton together will go a long way to bridging the devide between audiences that might not have watched it otherwise. The first trailer I saw, completely different than this, was a lot more interesting and almost made me want to see it. This one, not so much.

Oscar Chances: Parton wrote songs for the film, so if it’s remembered a year later, it could get a nomination or two.
