During the second week, I received one new screener, this one for the early-year contender Us.

Us

Oscar Chances: Uncertain: Early on, the film’s tremendous reviews and the pedigree of being the sophomore effort from Oscar nominee Jordan Peele, the film was thought to be a minor contender with Lupita Nyong’o and the film’s screenplay having the best chances of nominations. Unlike Get Out, Us didn’t hold on to the zeitgeist long enough to be remembered and will probably end up ignored by critics. If it is support, however, it might re-enter the conversation more strongly.
