The Brink of War

Wesley Lovell: This historical drama looks dreadfully boring and probably inaccurate.

Pete Patrick: Under the radar historical drama looks fairly routine.

Thomas La Tourrette: It could be a gripping film, but it looks mediocre at best.

The End of Oak Street

Wesley Lovell: It good be a lot of fun to disengage your mind for.

Pete Patrick: Sci-fi thriller looks promising.

Thomas La Tourrette: It is a somewhat intriguing concept, though I am not sure where you go after transporting a suburban street to the age of the dinosaurs.

Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie

Wesley Lovell: Never had any interest in this kid-focused animated franchise.

Pete Patrick: Looks like an okay kids’ movie.

Thomas La Tourrette: This animated feature looks to be designed simply for young kids who are already fans of the series.

The Rivals of Amziah King

Wesley Lovell: This looks shockingly dull.

Pete Patrick: Highly regarded festival hit has been a long time in coming.

Thomas La Tourrette: The reviews make it sound worth seeing, but a bland trailer does not sell this movie. Still it looks to boast a good performance by Matthew McConaughey.

The Wrong Girls

Wesley Lovell: It has a great cast and looks like a lot of fun.

Pete Patrick: This one’s too far out there for me.

Thomas La Tourrette: The film has a strong cast but not a lot of humor in the trailer. It might be okay, but I am guessing not.

LIMITED RELEASES
THE BIRTHDAY PARTY	UNION COUNTY

The Limited Slate

Wesley Lovell: Neither of these look particularly interesting.

Pete Patrick: Both of these seem worth catching at some point.

Thomas La Tourrette: Neither looks exceptional, but The Birthday Party might be salvaged by Willem Dafoe’s performance, but it does not look like a pleasant group of people to spend time with. Union County has very good reviews but the trailer does not stir up any excitement about the film of drug addicts trying to navigate recovery.
