Review: (#1, C) Posters that use close-ups are rarely ever that interesting as posters and including quotes from critics don’t sway many, nor do the “official selection” logos. (#2, C+) A little more color and background details make this one seem a lot more interesting though it still speaks very little about the film’s content, which won’t earn viewership.

Trailer Rating: B-

Review: (#1, B-) The premise is laid out well but it takes a tonal shift about half way through the trailer from the story of a woman trying to survive with an unconcerned daughter to a romantic drama. While it might flow organically in a film, the sudden change in the trailer doesn’t give the film much depth.

Oscar Prospects:

It was submitted for International Feature this year and didn’t make the cut so its awards prospects are done.
