Synopsis:

From IMDb: “A mafia drug lord has unleashed a new, highly addictive stimulant on the streets called HT25, derived from sharks held captive in a secret lab, and which causes monstrous side effects. Review: If you didn’t already expect this film to be cheesy to the nth degree, the trailer will certainly settle it. The cheap looking visual effects and the mediocre acting characterize this film as a 70s pastiche that feels cheap rather than enticing.
