Review: (#1, B-) If you were already enamored with the legend of Sylvester Stallone and his journey to Rocky, this film will be for you. There are plenty of fans of the 1976 film and this may engage their nostalgia for it but as a biopic, it looks pretty standard.

Oscar Prospects:

An inspiration biopic about the making of an inspirational film. It’s got a lot of potential. The problem will be that recent biopics have been mediocre at best and the Academy has tempered its appreciation of them.
