Review: (#1, C) If the film featured real people rather than actors, this might be the kind of shot taken of two people in something akin to love. Danielle Brooks’ face and positioning sell that but J. Alphonse Nicholson’s does not. Regardless, the blandness of the colors and the title make for a boring effort.

Review: (#1, C+) A dull narrative is bolstered by a few compelling shots on display in the trailer. The performances are underwhelming in places but its the bland troubled father element that makes the film look rather uninspired.
