Poster Rating: B

Review: Although it would have been more amusing had this gentleman been standing in an elevator impatiently waiting for his floor, the film’s outdoor setting indicates that type of setting would be inappropriate. If it weren’t for the bright, blood-themed borders and title swath, this could have been a truly ingenious and interesting poster at once capitalizing on the humor of the situation that the film might suggest…if it doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Trailer Rating: C+

Review: Foreign-born horror films seem to be the theme of the year. After a number of years of lame teen slasher flicks bombing repeatedly at the box office, studios are trying to see what imports will do. Although it’s hard to tell what this film is even about, it does suggest some originality and suspense, though probably very little.

Oscar Prospects:

Being foreign and a horror film are two reasons not to expect this film in the Oscar race.
