Review: (#1, B-) With no dialogue, comparisons to WALL-E will be abundant and while there are moments in this trailer that remind unfavorably of that film, there are enough unique situations that make this feel like a more engaging effort. That said, it feels a bit derivative of the 2018 Oscar-nominated animated short film One Small Step. There are a few differences and most audiences won’t draw that connection but it’s enough to urge caution with expectations.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
