Review: (#1, B-) The background is simplistic, but the colors are solid. It’s a very busy design without being as exciting as it should be. (#2, B+) Leaving behind most of the color scheme of the prior design, this one blends it surprisingly well with dusty-rose aesthetic of the background, which is simple, but allows the foreground to stand out. (#3, B) Taking the central composition of the prior design, one of the better elements, and tacking it into the original color scheme with the garishly gold backdrop devalues the design.

Review: (#1, B) François Ozon’s films are always interesting and this trailer suggests another one. Taking a concept from the musical Chicago and applying it to the film industry is an interesting choice and this trailer certainly shows off the film’s potential well enough to draw Ozon’s fans.
