Review: (#1-#6) This series of cheese-tastic poster designs, in multiple languages, tell the audience all they need to know about the film and unless you’re a fan of the original, they aren’t likely to suddenly appeal to you.

(#7-#17) There is little new or inventive in these efforts, many of them copying elements from other designs. It’s hard to even muster up the interest in writing about each one, though the penultimate effort (#16) is such a departure that it’s worthy of its own reflection. While it’s not as stimulating as the similar series of Disney designs of the past, it has its own charms.

Trailer Rating: C+

Review: Fans of 2018’s The Meg will undoubtedly be re-engaged by this trailer, presenting plenty of action and carnage in the least realistic way possible. For those who weren’t intrigued by the first, this second will most certainly present nothing to spark renewed interest.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
