Review: (#1-#3, C) A trio of character posters that provide few details, identical taglines, and actors who aren’t bound to draw audiences.

Review: (#1, C+) Aaron Sorkin’s films are often heavy on dialogue, which makes this dialogue-light trailer underwhelming. We know this is a late-career version of Mark Zuckerberg and it announces that this is a journalistic story about uncovering things Zuckerberg doesn’t want known but it’s such a slow burn that by the end of the trailer, there’s not enough warmth to energize the viewer.
(#2, B) A surprisingly lengthy trailer that hints at some drama but also suggests a lot of pontificating. The problem is that there may not be enough here to make audiences want to tune in.
Oscar Prospects:
Look for this to be heavily pushed for the Oscars. Whether it’s deserving remains to be seen.
