Review: (#1, C+) A clean shaven Chris Pratt looks barely anything like him in this cheap looking coming of age story. The background is distinguishable but looks little like the one in the film while the chin-up assist is poorly conceived even if thematically relevant.

Review: (#1, C) Although this isn’t quite the “washed-up actor does action movie” milieu, it’s not far off. After some recent missteps, Chris Pratt is trying to take on family-friendly projects and manages to find himself in something that’s ultimately beneath most prominent actors. From the first frame of the trailer, it’s obvious that this film was constructed on the cheap and has a predictable, underwhelming story and that’s not going to generate much appeal.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
