Review: (#1, C) It looks like a scene from the film but doesn’t do much to build thematic resonance. The image has a lot of details but lacks them at the same time. Alone, this isn’t likely to excite.

Review: (#1, C-) Starting out in a hyper-realistic setting and then shifting briefly into 3D design and finally into two-dimensional anime excesses, this trailer creates a lot of unrelated impressions in the viewer who may well tune in briefly and then quickly tune out.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
