It’s possible the Elvis concert film could top all comers but Scream 7 is the only new wide fiction release and should take the top spot at the box office.

WIDE RELEASES
SCREAM 7

Scream 7

Wesley Lovell: I need to get caught up on this series before I watch this one.

Pete Patrick: I’ve seen enough of these.

Thomas La Tourrette: I saw the first Scream and that should be good for years to come.

LIMITED RELEASES
DREAMS THE NAPA BOYS OPERATION TACO GARY’S

The Limited Slate

Wesley Lovell: Dreams could at least boast a solid performance by Jessica Chastain but otherwise doesn’t look intersting. The rest don’t either but have no redeeming qualities worth looking forward to.

Pete Patrick: The trailer for Dreams is interesting, but reviews have been uniformly negative.  The other two don’t interest me at all.

Thomas La Tourrette: The only film that seems maybe palatable is the thriller Dreams, and I am not sure it looks that good.
