It’s possible that Taken 3 holds the top spot for a second weekend, but Paddington gives families a rare opportunity to get back to the cinema in January.
Individual Commentaries
Wesley Lovell: Blackhat has solid pedigree, so it’s probably the best chance you have of finding something good this week.
Peter J. Patrick: Paddington for families, Little Accidents for adults, an OK week at the multiplex.
Tripp Burton: The major releases this week are looking a little dull.
Thomas LaTourrette: While the previews look terrible, the reviews of Paddington are quite good, so maybe it will be worth seeing after all. I’m fond of the books, but the trailer looks like it is off the mark.
