WIDE RELEASES

DUNE: PART TWO

Dune: Part Two

Wesley Lovell: Early word is strong and even if the first movie was for book fans only, I’m hopeful the second will be much more to broader liking.

Peter J. Patrick: Early word is that it’s better than the first part, so I’m in.

Thomas La Tourrette: This looks and sounds like it will be an impressive sequel. The critics are loving it and it will probably be a big Oscar player next year as well.

LIMITED RELEASES

AMELIA’S CHILDREN

LIMBO

The Limited Slate

Wesley Lovell: Both have trailers that don’t look too bad but neither are at the top of my must see list.

Peter J. Patrick: The Australian thriller Limbo has possibilities.

Thomas La Tourrette: Limbo looks interesting though nothing original. The cinematography does look stunning. Amelia’s Children holds no interest for me.
