Now that we’re getting closer to the Oscar nominations (Tuesday, January 25, 2011), we’re going to try to continuously update our predictions. Because of the vast array of categories, we’ll only share our updated predictions each week based on which guild or category-based precursors have come out during the week.

This week, we had a nice array of precursors: Producers Guild of America, Writers Guild of America, Cinema Audio Society and the USC Scripter nominees. In addition, the Academy released the 7 finalists for the Visual Effects Oscar.
